ENFit Blunt Drawing Up Needles
When drawing up into an ENFit syringe from a vial with a rubber bung or a glass ampoule, you may need to use an ENFit Blunt fill needle or an ENFit Blunt fill filter needle.
The blunt needles are cut to a 45 degree angle, meaning they take 10 times the amount of force required to pierce human skin than a standard hypodermic needle. This allows you to access multi dose vials/ampoules whilst reducing the risk of needle stick injury.
